Lesa Hardiman, Director of Operations

Lesa is a Director of Operations and has worked in the healthcare field for 15 years where she held several leadership positions. In addition to her experience in the health care field, Lesa has held executive leadership positions for large nonprofits in West Michigan. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Master’s Degrees in Communications and Public Administration.    Lesa’s responsibilities include: client acquisition, client retention, network marketing, and operations.

Lesa has a passion for serving others, and sits on local city and community boards. She is passionate about developing talent in others, and growing a new generation of leaders and civic minded individuals.  Lesa is the key point of contact for clients, referral sources, and the broader community.

Joanne began her career in marketing after graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Communications and Marketing. She has over 15 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing that includes promotional marketing, radio, print, and digital advertising. She is enthusiastic about working with Home Care Assistance to further develop key relationships, manage referral marketing, and, connect with community outreach programs to educate the community on the exceptional level of care that Home Care Assistance offers. “I understand the importance of building relationships through education and customer satisfaction”. “I strive every day to meet client needs and provide excellent customer service.
